We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Newborough and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the nbn can confirm the assigned technician is now on-site. Further updates will be communicated as progress reports from the field are received. The ETR has been set to 13:30.

We wish to advise that the field Services have found damaged cabling caused by an ongoing network upgrade. Techs will return to site tomorrow to complete repairs.

We wish to advise that the civil works are still in progress and are expected to finish by the end of today. The technician will reattend site tomorrow at 9am to continue restoration activities.
