We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Modanville and its surrounds.
Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for restoration [ETR], but we will be sure to keep you notified as further information comes to hand. All updates will also be available on our network status page.

We wish to advise that the Remote troubleshooting indicates an unplanned local power outage is affecting the nbn network causing a loss of service to customers. The backup batteries at the site have been depleted. Field Services have been requested to attend the site to connect a generator as an alternate power source during the ongoing power outage. nbn will advise of the ETA for the technician once it is available. Please note that attendance may be delayed due to the OH&S risk that severe weather poses.
