We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Lonsdale and its surrounds.

Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for restoration [ETR]. This notification will be updated as further information comes to hand.

We wish to advise that the Investigations by the technician indicate a cable issue 652 metres from the exchange. A cable repair technician is being engaged to attend the site and conduct further scoping. The ETA will be provided when it becomes available.

The ETR will be revised when the cable technician completes the assessment of works needed.
