We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of THORNBURY and its surrounds.

Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for restoration [ETR]. This notification will be updated as further information comes to hand.

We wish to advise that the remote troubleshooting indicates a planned local power outage is affecting the nbn network causing a loss of service to customers. nbn is monitoring the situation and once the power is restored will test alarms and perform health checks on the network to confirm stability. nbn recommends customers perform a reset of their modem and in-home equipment once the power is restored to their area if further issues are experienced.
