nbn is investigating an unplanned network outage in your area. As a result you may experience a partial or total loss of connectivity. Restoration activity is underway and nbn will advise once the outage is resolved.

The tech attended the site overnight and identified a cable and conduit have been damaged due to construction work nearby.
Civil works are required to repair the conduit and the tech will need to haul new cable and remake joints. Field Services will submit an enquiry to Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) to check if there is any utility infrastructure at risk in the area of intended civil works. Once this has been completed, a Civil crew will be mobilised. There is no ETA or ETR as yet.
