We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of CARINDALE and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the technician has confirmed that an amplifier is in a pit that's underwater. They will arrange a VAC truck to remove the water.

We wish to advise that the VAC truck has emptied the pit; the tech is now working on replacing an amplifier and damaged housing. Further updates if information comes in from the field.
